And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars

Luke 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

Who knows what these signs will be. Some think there may be an ancient message in the astrological story in the Hebrew Mazzaroth mentioned in Job 38:32. Smith's Bible Dictionary defines Mazzaroth as the name of the twelve signs of the Zodiac. The Hebrew version had a different message than Astrology today. Bible scholars believe the Mazzaroth was corrupted by Nimrod and followers during the Tower of Babel days. Watchman Bible Study has a fair explanation. Here is an audio presentation by Chuck Missler.

What is happening today? Here is a website tracking astrologically significant events. Nov. 30/Dec 1 has a moon/Jupiter/Venus conjunction happening. If you are too couch potato to go outside and look, a virtual solution exists. Stellarium is a wonderful program to view the night sky while warming your hands over the keyboard. Move you cursor to the left side of the screen to access setting of location.

Luke 21:31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Are these some of the things we will see happening? Maybe there is a literal interpretation to "looking up."
