I was surprised to see the Obama birth certificate issue still alive and kicking. Three suits are pending. Link below for the lawyer. Why is he still pushing if he knows the suits have no merit? Here is a podcast page that has interviews with Mr. Berg (the lawyer). Listening to the Conservative hosts on TV one would think this subject is closed. I guess they are protecting their butts in the likely event things go south.
But let's imagine a scenario, economy in the tank, terrorist attack somewhere on U.S. soil, Republicans take one or both houses of Congress, birth certificate shown as fake or missing. Now we have real brewhaha!
